| Install : |
- Unpack the .zip file to the location you want to install the app.
- Double-click the .exe file to run.
- When the application starts up, you'll be given the opportunity to adjust settings. Once that is done, click "Done".
- The 20/20 icon will appear in the system tray. By right clicking on this icon, you can return to the settings dialog, or quit the program.
- To have the application run at start up, simply create a shortcut to the application in the Windows StartUp folder.
- The Ding.wav file must be in the same folder as the .exe for the program to work properly. Ding.wav can actually be any sound you want, so long as the filename is ding.wav.

Are your eyes tired?
Have you been looking at the computer too long? Research has shown that taking twenty seconds every twenty minutes to look at an object twenty feet away will help relax your eyes.*
This little tool helps you do just that. Install this program on your PC and run it at start up. It will sit quietly in your system tray until 20 minutes goes by. It will them flash a message box on your screen reminding you to stand up and look 20 feet away. Then, after 20 seconds, Twenty/20 will ding to let you know time's up.
(* By "research", I mean I found an article on MSN which suggested doing this.
If I can ever find the article again, I'll post a link here.
Nonetheless, following this regemen couldn't hurt, and it is similar to exercises real doctors to recommend.
All that being said, I've otherwise made absolutely no effort to corroborate this in a scientific way.
